Mr. B.S.A. Narayan is a graduate in Science (B.Sc.) from Bangalore University in 1971 and obtained degree in Civil Engineering (B.E)in 1975 with Environmental Engineering as specialization from Mysore University.

Mr. Narayan is one of the Founder Member and current National Vice President of the Indian Plumbing Association (IPA) established in 1993.

Mr. Narayan was engaged as a Senior Design Engineer in Semac Pvt. Ltd., and S.G. Deololikar, leading Consulting Engineering firm in India for over Six years before joining International Consulting Organization in Jeddah K.S.A.in 1981.

Mr. Narayan joined as Principal Consultant / Partner to Potential Service Consultants (P) Ltd in 1988, a Professional Engineering Consultancy Organization Founded in 1987 to provide quality and timely services. Potential has carried out a number of mega projects for various institutions and Clients in India and Abroad for more than 25 years. Currently he is the Founder, Managing Director of Maple Engg-Design Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. A professional engineering consultancy organization founded by him in the year 2010.

He has designed Plumbing, Fire Protection and Industrial Piping System including Water and Sewage Treatment Plants, Central LPG system for Hotels, Hospitals, factory complexes, software building, mixed use complex, golf courses, university campus, software parks and commercial buildings and infrstacture services for residential and commercial developments ranging from 100 acres to 3000 acres. in co-ordination with reputed Indian and Multinational Architects and Developers.

Ashish Dhakan had built a diversified vertical solutions team to cater Hikvision solutions to the Indian market. The vertical solutions offered by Prama Hikvision are best suited for the Indian environment and customized as per end-users requirements and specifications. He led Prama Hikvision in driving technological innovation by offering solutions in the Smart City, Safe City, Transport, Education, Banking, Pharma and Retail segments.

He has also been instrumental in setting up a state-of-the-art training center in India. Itprovides product knowledge and training system integrators, partners and end-users. He has enhanced the customer service through 21 RMA centers to enable RMA processes across India.

He is the driving force behind Hikvision’s ‘Make-in–India’ plan and implementation strategy. He has been instrumental in making big ticket investment in Hikvision’s‘Make in India’ program. It is one of the biggest initiatives rolled out by Prama Hikvision India as a part of India specific product manufacturing roadmap. With this initiative Hikvision has set up a world-class manufacturing plant to cater to Indian market.

Under his dynamic leadership, Prama Hikvision has established impeccable trust and reputation among security industry professionals in India. His pioneering initiatives led to many breakthroughs and established Prama Hikvision as one of the leading security business entities. Dr. Iyengar is a High Performance Building Designer who believes in the philosophy “An Integrated & Sustainable Approach to the Design of the Built Environment.”

His company Services Consultants is involved in MEP design, sustainable design & Zero Energy building projects. Many of his projects have won global awards. He is currently designing various 5 star hotels, luxury apartments, commercial offices and hospitals and commercial offices across Asia & India. He is a Sustainable Technologies expert partner with United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) in their Climate and Clean Air Coalition Initiative. He has published 2 books titled ‘Decentralized Approach to High Performance Building Design in tropics’ in Germany by SVH Verlag and ‘Asia’s Cities: Necessity, Challenges and Solutions for Going Smart’ in USA by Springer. He is the President of FSAI Bangalore Chapter. He is also an active member of IPA, ISHRAE and ASHRAE @ Bangalore. He is the youngest ASHRAE DL in the world and is a part of the Conferences and Expositions Committee in ASHRAE.

He has published more than 20 research papers in top international journals & conferences in USA, UK, India, Singapore, Switzerland, Philippines, and Australia etc. He has collaborated with ETH Zurich, NUS Singapore, Concordia University Canada, University of California Berkeley, USA and Princeton University, USA on various research projects. He is a university topper in Mechanical Engineering, Bangalore and holds a Gold Medal in Sustainability from the National University of Singapore. He pursued his Doctorate of Science in Sustainability and Zero Emission Design from ETH, Zurich and The Future Cities Laboratory.

Mr. Pradip Sheth obtained his Bachelor of Science degree (Physics) in the year 1967and Electrical Engineering in the year 1971 from Gujarat University, India

Initially, he worked with textile industries including reliance Textile, Vimal Industries for Ten years, then he shifted to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and worked there as consulting Engineer with Beach Group consultant for a decade or so. Subsequently he shifted back to India in the year 1990 to start his own consultancy company in Ahmedabad with brand name Sheth Techno Consultants.

Since 1990, he is engaged in active consultancy services covering spectrum of field such as Electrical, Mechanical, Utility services, HVAC, Instrumentation, SCADA, Communication etc. he has been very active and excellent in communication skill and handling of project and close coordination with engineering staff and Clients. He has travelled extensively in India and abroad for matters relating to consultancy. Sheth Techno Consultant has created his space in India as one of MEPF Consultancy Company and established a reputation is delivery project output efficiently and in a time bound programme with reference to clarity quality in required manner. Its activities and consultancy cover almost vide range and type of projects nearly residential, commercial, Institutional, township etc.

Very recently in 2016 Sheth Techno Consultant merged with INI Design Studio Group, formerly Stantec Consulting of Canada & North America a leading Architectural firm.
