Ravinder has an experience of 17 years in Real Estate Management and out of which he has worked with JLL for last 16 years. An Engineering Graduate with 31 years experience, his career has progressed from various segments of organizations like the Indian Armed Forces ( Navy) to Integrated Facility Management to Property Management in the areas of Business Operations, Business Development, Property Management Operations , Account Management, finance/ cost management, performance improvement and General Administration. Ravinder has a significant practical, hands-on, professional experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams across businesses and enabling functions and for providing strategic, tactical and operational leadership to business. Prior to joining JLL, Ravinder had a short stint with CBRE for 16months from April 03 to July 04.

Baljit is Vice President, Operations, Brookfield Properties, India. He heads property management and all aspects of operations, maintenance, health, safety, and sustainability.
Baljit has over three decades’ experience of managing operations of large commercial, residential, and institutional portfolios and shipping fleets. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Baljit managed the integrated townships portfolio of a leading real estate company. He was responsible for the roll out of infrastructure services to support operations for ~2000 acres of townships and farmhouses. In his spare time, Baljit likes to experiment with tech-based solutions of increasing workplace productivity and safety. He is a patent holder for an automated unmanned façade cleaning system.
Baljit is a marine engineer and holds a master’s degree in business administration. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an executive board member of Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), he is also member of Indian Institute of Plant Engineers, and National Safety Council of India.
